Common questions

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Canairy Locator+ is billed by Apple. Manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the period you’ve already paid for.

Free trial & billing

The 1-week free trial converts to a paid year ($14.99/yr) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This removes your followed projects, watched areas, notification token, and subscription records from our systems. You can also email us to request deletion.

Location & privacy

The map and Activity feed work without an account or location access. “Find facilities near me” uses your location only at that moment, on your device — it’s never stored or used to track you. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
